ABOUT
Nestled in the beautiful Gascony region of South West France with stunning views of the rolling Gascon hills. La Bordeneuve has been sympathetically restored retaining many of the original features whilst providing modern comforts.
The Manoir sleeps 13 or 15 with the addition of the separate garden room.
La Bordeneuve boasts its own fenced swimming pool with pool house, games barn, tennis court, orchard and potager. We encourage our guests to help themselves to the beautiful produce on offer.
This would prove the ideal holiday location for large families of groups of friends; tranquil, scenic and secluded with all your needs in one location.

OUR ROOMS
La Bordeneuve offers rooms for up to 14 guests. The house features 5 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms, 1 additional shower and an extra outhouse with Shower. The rooms consist of 1 Master Bedroom with ensuite, 1 Large Double Bedroom with Shower & Cot, 1 Twin Bedroom and two Triple Bedrooms. Garden Room has 1 additional double bed.
OUR SERVICES
Cookery Courses
Explore and enrich your taste buds with inspirational cookery workshops using locally sourced ingredients. Sorrel and Sage has been established in the UK since 2009 and has now spread its wings to SW France. (See Instagram link on side of page).
Games Barn
Perfect for a time out! Comprises Snooker, Ping Pong, Soft Play area and exercise machines.
Tennis Court
Found in the grounds of the house sits a Tennis Court, complete with rackets and balls.
Vegetable Garden and Fruit Orchard
The house features two well stocked vegetable gardens and an orchard. We grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables which we encourage our clients to use. .

Pool
1 large 6 x 12 “ swimming pool with deep end and slide. Pool is surrounded by fence, with loungers and umbrellas. In addition there is a pool house with a bathroom + shower, and refrigerator.

Two exercise machines and weights to help you keep active on holiday!
Trampoline
Large netted trampoline perfect for entertaining the kids!

THINGS TO DO
Wineries Tour
Gascony is central French wine country. Nearby are the vineyards of Saint Mont, Madiran, Domaine de Herrebouc, & Domaine de Pellehaut to name a few. Over the summer months there are many vineyard open days and activities for all the family.
Auch Cathedral
The UNESCO Cathedral in Auch (the local town) is a fusion of Gothic and Renaissance, having been constructed at the transition of these eras in the 15th & 16th centuries, there’s a wealth of ornamentation to dazzle you.
For the Kids
A wide range of activities are available for children such as Walibi theme park, Water Sports at the lake L'Isle-Jourdain & in Casteras Verduzan, canoeing in Condom, Quad Biking and amazing karting in Caudecoste. In the summer months the markets and festivals all have children’s activities.
Cuisine
For a fine dining experience the local town, Jegun's 'Restaurant La Halle boasts a combination of traditional French cuisine and fine dining. Similarly La Table des Cordeliers, Condom has both a Michelin restaurant and a Brasserie. If you desire a traditional French experience try Le Tic Tic Gascon in L'Isle-de-Noé - €13 for 2 course menu! Auch similarly has a wide variety of eating experiences; our favourite is Daroles on the central square.
Monumental Staircase
The 19th-century project to connect the two parts of the city. has a neo-Renaissance style, with a statue of Charles de Batz-Castelmore d’Artagnan, a 17th-century musketeer who lived in Auch and inspired the novels of Alexandre Dumas. A historians dream!
